• Motivation: Leveraging the DAO's 2.3MM $UMA to enhance OO security and generate rewards (~16.9% APY, potentially $300K $UMA/year).
• Operations: A 5-member AUVC will continue to oversee voting, provide monthly transparency reports, and operate under a multisig wallet structure for security.
• Funding: Initial allocation of 10,000 $UMA for committee compensation and gas costs. Our team will continue to take a 6% commission on all earnings from AUVC voting.
