This Proposal should have passed on the last vote but due to a technical issue with oSnap needs to go through the voting process again. This votes gives instruction for transactions to be manually submitted using the governance multi-sig as opposed to having oSnap transactions built in.

Summary: The AUVC was formed to utilize the UMA held by the DAO treasury to actively participate in UMA governance, safeguard the Optimistic Oracle (OO), and generate $UMA rewards for the Across DAO.
Participating in 1092 votes with 98.99% correctness and rising, we have successfully raised 626,000 UMA for the DAO Treasury in the course of 11 months. No missed votes, working every single day to do the best job we can for the DAO.
We would like to renew for 6 months to avoid having to spend additional time on another renewal just 2 months into our term.
Motivation: The AUVC has 100% correctness for 5 months straight which will bring our overall voting record above 99% within the next couple weeks. Our current funding ran out today 11/16/2025 which means we will be managing the UMA for at least 1 week without funding with the hope that the renewal passes. No Changes to the current structure of the committee. We would like to continue managing the UMA voting for the DAO and intend to work with Risk Labs to put forward a secondary proposal to use some of the UMA held in Across DAO Treasury for something special for the community. This proposal allows us to keep working, while the second proposal will involve a decision on spending some Treasury UMA.
Voting A “FOR” Vote Authorizes the Across DAO Governance Multi-sig to:
- Claim UMA rewards for the Across Treasury address(0xb524735356985d2f267fa010d681f061dff03715).
- Transfers 20,000 UMA to the AUVC Treasury Multi-sig Wallet(0x1AB83bc391B0bDbc34Ab69D02Bf34f4B643C64F4)
- Stake remaining UMA balance held by Across Treasury(0xb524735356985d2f267fa010d681f061dff03715) in the UMA voting Contract.
An "Against" vote Opposes the renewal of the Across DAO and authorizes the Multi-sig signers for the Across DAO treasury(0xb524735356985d2f267fa010d681f061dff03715) to remove the delegation and unstake all UMA from the UMA voter Dapp. No Further UMA would be earned by the Across Treasury.
An "Abstain" vote
Allows you to continue hiding your true feelings but still help the DAO reach quorum on an important decision.
