~$10,000 deblocked from treasury for cointelegraph article

I am not asking for any money for myself, but rather I am asking if we may deblock ~$10,000 in order to get a platform review or press release on Cointelegraph (100% of the money will be spent towards the article in order to help acs/acsi awareness grow).

Today, Cointelegraph has 13.825 million monthly visits & this type of exposure would allow acs/acsi to grow to new heights. I believe this should be one of our priorities at the moment, growing the acs/acsi community.

It would be the choice of the acs team if they chose to do a platform review or a press release, but for the sakes of understanding, I put what they would entitle below: A platform review - cointelegraph journalists create a review of the platform and show all its pros and cons in the form of engaging sponsored article A press release - a brief news story written by us in order to provide information, make an official statement or to make an announcement.

If you vote yes, you agree that we should deblock the necessary amount of funds (~$10000) in order to get a press release or a platform review featured on cointelegraph as soon as possible.

If you vote no, you think that the funds should be used for something else (and if that's the case, please propose your option in the DAO telegram chat, thank you)
