Remove the 0.5% harvest fee

Many of us believe the 0.5% harvest fee is what is preventing AcS from increasing its TVL. ACS gains from harvest fees are between 20 and 30 ACS per day compared to the 500 to 3000 gained from buybacks, this number is negligible and is keeping people from using ACS. Best proof of this is Bunny who have now completely removed withdrawal fees and are doing amazingly well in regards to TVL.

So, once again, and hoping we get heard this time around... should we remove the 0.5% harvest fee completely?
