Fee change

I think We have an issue with attracting more liquidity providers and my best guess is

Fees!

I definitely think withdrawal fees should be changed to upfront fees or only fees on profits! Anyway they should be less to attract more. We have the best product but it's not reflected in the TVL

Please check how well others dapps are doing with a lesser product, AUTO.farm for example has well over 1 billion TVL at this time (almost 6x time ACS TVL)

These withdrawal fees are discouraging to add liquidity in and they always leave you with a sour taste and some disappointement when you withdraw!

That is psycholigically a BIG obstacle and should be reconsidered ASAP.

We know typical users first put a small amount of coins in, check the numbers increasing and working fine and then rapidly try to withdraw to check it's all working as intended.

And if they are too fast, and they usually are, they leave with less than what they came with!!

ACS TVL not increasing, AUTO TVL increasing big time!! and they are not better, not even close!!

So I simply propose to reconsider the fees
