Review of ACS Farm weights

With the aim of attracting additional TVL to maximise overall TVL and fees, we will review ACS Farm weights periodically to increase weightage for Vaults with consistently overweight TVL and APR.

For this review we propose the following changes: BNB - from 1X to 2X CAKE - from 1X to 2X BTC-BNB - from 1X to 1.5X
