Opinion Poll: Does the ACS withdrawal fee harm TVL and should it be removed?

Currently we maintain a 7 ACS withdrawal fee every time there is a stake or unstake action (although this is being migrated to a 7 ACS fee on Harvest only).

The fee was originally intended to encourage users to lock their TVL for long periods to earn ACS. However, it is believed that this fee is actually discouraging users from entering the vaults in the first place.

Should we remove this fee completely?

If YES, we can propose how to remove the fee and how to balance the income lost by potentially increasing the performance fee.

If NO, then we can move on to look at the next topic for discussion.
