Increase rewards for ACS-BNB/ACS-ACSI liquidity providers

One of the most discussed problems in ACS DAO has been the huge price fluctuations due to small liquidity available in ACS-BNB pair. Having better rewards for liquidity providers would very likely improve the situation, making the price of ACS and ACSI more stable. I would also give another use to ACS and ACSI, added to their current uses.
