Attract new users with revised ACS Rewards Boost

The ACS Rewards Boost is a great way to reward loyalty to ACS but currently hard to achieve and understand. I propose to calculate the boost level based on current USD value of ACS holdings vs total USD value of deposited tokens in vaults visible as a bar on the site. E.g. 10%, for 100 USD value in ACS and 1000 USD value deposited in Venus USDT would give 2.0 ACS reward boost. In that way new users are more incentivized to buy and stake ACS to receive additional rewards. Next step would be the calculation for a revised ACS Rewards boost which works for early as well as new users. As a plus, this could help stabilize the ACS market price in a downturn, since the ACS stake is measured in USD terms.
