Amendment to voting rules for Core DAO

These lines will be inserted in place:

• Max. 8 candidates with the strongest support (“yes” votes) will be selected.
• “No” votes will not be counted - if you do not vote “Yes” for a candidate, it is effectively a “No”
• You may vote for multiple candidates and your full vote weight will count for each one.

These lines will be removed:

• Max. 8 candidates with the strongest support (“yes” votes minus “no” votes) will be selected.
• Multiple votes will be divided accordingly (i.e. if 3000 weight wallet votes for 6 candidates, each vote will count as 500).

This will simplify the voting process, just vote for all the candidates you think should be in the Core DAO.
