Create a promo pool with limited supply in PancakeSwap

To promote ACS and also add the ticker symbol in PancakeSwap list, a part of the ACS rewards (to be decided in a further vote if this one passes) could be destined temporarily to create a pool in PancakeSwap. This would create awareness and also would make Pancakeswap to add ACS symbol in their list.
