long term holding vault exit fees?

A lot of people have brought up the idea that we could possibly decrease the vault exit fees depending on how long they have been in the vault. It could possibly encourage longer term holding if the fees could somehow be reduced the longer you have held?

here's just an example from a community member(it doesnt have to be these numbers, the real numbers will be voted on in the next vote if this one passes):

Under 6 months holding: 10% Exit fee 6 to 12 months holding: 7.5% exit fee 12 to 24 months holding: 5% exit fee Over 2 years holding: 0% exit fee.

If you vote yes, you agree that we should implement some type of diminished exit fee for long term holders.

If you vote no, you believe that we should keep the 10% exit fee for everyone, no matter how long they hold in the vault.
