Allow free ACS, ACSI, & Vault transfers between Acryptos accounts.

Currently the only way to transfer ACS & ACSI between accounts is to withdraw and incur the 10% penalty. I am proposing the creation of a transfer button that will allow you to enter in the address you would like to transfer the tokens too. Ideally there will be a transfer all button that will allow the whole account to be migrated. This transfer will not be charged the 10% or 0.5% withdrawal fees and it will be created in such a way that all tokens are kept locked within the ACS vault.

There are members of this community that have set up ACS accounts on non-hardware wallets. As such they are reluctant to continue to grow their ACS account in a less than secure wallet. By allowing them to freely transfer their funds to a secure wallet these users will be more motivated to deposit additional funds which would help grow the TVL of ACS.
