Apply new fees across all our Vaults?

We're running a test now on a new fee structure of 0.1% withdrawal fee and 24.5% performance fee (previously 0.5% and 4.5% respectively), on the CAKE Vault&Farm, and new mACS-BNB Vault&Farm.

Shall we start rolling out this new fee structure across all our Vaults?
