Core DAO Nomination for Mitch

From Mitch: I work as a software engineer (DBMS, Linux), and hold a Masters in Informatics. I have been fully invested in ACryptoS since it started in November last year, and the project is very important to me. I helped start and manage the Japanese community on Telegram. I hope to be able to contribute more as part of the Core DAO, and can offer my help with code review as well.
