AIP-7: Merge GEM and GOLD tokens into 1 single token for Adv3nture ecosystem

GM Adventurers,

As discussed in Telegram group today (https://t.me/c/1729218272/45353), we are considering to Merge GEM & GOLD tokens into 1 single token for Adv3nture ecosystem.

Why?

• 2 tokens causing confusion and fragmented liquidity
• we are going to list on CEX, any token upgrades required should be done now before listing

How?

If this proposal passes, 100% of both GEM/ETH and GOLD/USDC LP will be withdrawn from the timelock (it will take 72h to unlock). The ETH and USDC will then be combined to seed the new token's liquidity pool. The new token will then be scheduled to launch on both CEX and Sushiswap (Arbitrum) at the same time around 29th March 2023.

Holders would then get airdropped new token proportionally to holdings:

• e.g. GEM mcap $200K , GOLD mcap $50K , then total of new coin would be $250K. 80% of new tokens go to GEM holders and 20% go to GOLD holders.
• e.g. if u own 10% of all GOLD, then u would get (10% * 50K / 250K) worth of new coin (i.e. 2% of the new coin).

A final snapshot of the market cap of both GEM and GOLD will be taken at the time of removing LP to facilitate calculations of airdrop.

After the new token launches, the GEM and GOLD will be discontinued.

To vote:

• Vote "Yes, merge to 1 token" if you agree to discontinue GEM and GOLD and combine them into 1 new token.
• Vote "No, keep GEM & GOLD" if you want to keep the status quo and have two tokens.
