AIP-5: Migrate GOLD token to new Token with Tax

Hi all,

As discussed in the Telegram group today (https://t.me/c/1729218272/28987), we are considering to upgrade the existing GOLD token, to a new GOLD token contract and introduce a buy/sell tax.

This proposal is for getting consensus on doing the upgrade/migration so that we can have a Tax token to help increase liquidity and funds for operation/treasury. The fine-details of the mechanics will be discussed separately.

Based on the discussion, I believe a majority prefer to stay on the Arbitrum network. Hence, I propose two yes options:

• A tax token on Arbitrum that pays in MAGIC reflections, or
• A tax token on Arbitrum that pays in USDC reflections.

To vote:

• Vote "Yes, MAGIC reflections" if you agree with conducting the migration, and pay reflections in MAGIC.
• Vote "Yes, USDC reflections" if you agree with conducting the migration, and pay reflections in USDC.
• Vote "No, something else" if you have another idea, and share it in the telegram group.
• Vote "No, stay" if you do not want to migrate/upgrade.
