AIP-6: Withdraw 4,300 GEM LP Tokens (35% of total LP) for CEX listing

GM Adventurers,

As discussed in the Telegram group today (https://t.me/c/1729218272/44986), we are considering to list $GEM on [redacted] exchange.

[redacted]:

• is ranked in the top 40 exchanges worldwide by Coinmarketcap
• has 3.5M registered users with 75% active last month
• has a global audience with strong presence in Asia

For this to happen, we're requesting to withdraw 35% of LP (currently locked in the GEM token contract https://arbiscan.io/token/0xeca2c9d3881df18fb129582b65b82d67edd21d19?a=0x458a2df1a5c74c5dc9ed6e01dd1178e6d353243b), which will be used in partnership with [redacted], for the following activities:

1. Trading competition
2. Airdrop
3. MM
4. Future events

If this vote passes, the unlock function for 35% of the LP (4,300 Sushi-LP tokens) will be called, and those LP tokens will be available 72h later.

All the LP tokens will then be converted into its base currencies, ~3.19M GEM + ~7.26 ETH (depending on market fluctuation). They will not be sold.

There will be no Tax when trading on the CEX.

To vote:

• Vote "Yes, withdraw LP" if you agree with listing GEM on [redacted], and withdrawing 35% of the LP for marketing and other activities.
• Vote "No, don't list on CEX" if you do not want to withdraw the LP to and list on [redacted].
