Proposal to transfer 600 AGVE to the Incentives multisig to continue rewards allocation in the lending protocol for the upcoming 3-4 months.

The 600 AGVE will be matched by Gnosis at roughly 50 GNO per month in accordance to the previous agreements. Amounts may vary depending on relative prices of the tokens since they will be pooled against each other in a symmetric pool.
