AGIP 19 - Update Reserve Interest Curves
Current interest curves have not been updated for very long time and are due for a strong adjustment to improve efficiency and predictability in the distribution of yield to depositors and long-term rates for borrowers.
The following assets are being updated: WXDAI, USDC, USDT, EURe, WETH, wstETH, GNO
As part of this proposal wstETH borrowing is enabled.
