Rationale:

AGIP 32 seeks to terminate all control over the DAO treasury, all DAO tooling, and all of the controls over the lending market.

The lending market will become immutable and out of anyone’s control. The Treasury may only be redeemed via the the AGVE Redemption that can be followed in the agave website.
