Zen Academy Genesis

In an effort to further the brand reach of Age of Anura we must work on connections to existing, legitimate, web3 communities that have good reputations. One such community is Zeneca's project Zen Academy Genesis. They hold regular meetings that give direct access to Zeneca and other web3 founders. As we near the completion of our MVP we need to make inroads in both web2 and web3 marketing as well as create mutually beneficial connections. This would be one step along that path.

The current floor price for a Zen Academy Genesis is 0.49 ETH, this proposal is to purchase one between the 0.40 to 0.60 range. Kronos will hold the NFT in trust to get the required discord roles and attend the founder's meeting that are held on the Zen Academy project. Any allow lists will be minted by Kronos and sent to the DAO muiltisig. If we deem this to be a non-beneficial asset at any time it will be sold and the funds returned to the DAO multisig.
