Reward Testnet Users By Forking Testnet Balances for Mainnet Launch

This is a proposal to fork users current balances on testnet for mainnet launch to reward the early users of testnet who have earned yield and increased their coins through using & testing out the various features & functions on testnet. Early users have helped improve functionality as well as teaching users how to navigate through the network and should be rewarded by keeping what they earned. It would be fair as this would reward the users who used testnet and helped improve it early on in contrast to the people who have not and are not helping to improve the network or ecosystem by not participating.
