Fix content auto-wrap on voting

Could someone Please fix the auto wrap because if you type a whole bunch here sometimes it doesn't auto wrap and that is annoying because it makes the screen way longer than you want and you have to scroll on and on and on and it is really annoying. also could someone please make it sothat you can actually see the cursor when you're typing here. You have no idea if you are good to start typing because either there is no cursor or the cursor is the same color as the background thanks.
