PulseX to test Hearts Law on launch

PulseX holders need to vote PulseX pairing in all the farms and pools. This should trigger (Hearts Law) the effect of bonding two pairs together forces them to fluctuate in the same manor. By bonding the first pools and farms to PulseX anyone who doesn’t have PulseX will be force to trade their ERC 20 clones to get into PulseX so they can farm. (PulseChain) whales would also need to sell some PLS to participate in the farming pairs. This will enforce a PulseX\PulseChain 1 to 1 ratio. PulseX only pool, PluseX\Incentive, PulseX\PulseChain, PulseX\Phex, is the best strategy to create the most synergy for all of these Richard Heart projects.
