PRT for main net staking pools

Since the test net V2b has been out the devs have added this PRT token as a reward for staking your pulseX token. We're not entirely sure if this is just a placeholder for third party token, however, it seems to be working quite well thus far on the current test net. My proposal is that we keep this token for the mainnet staking pools.

I'm earning roughly 400 PRT each 24 hours per 10 million staking pool. That seems to be working quite well, my only concern is that people will sell down the price of the staking reward token, so having multiple pools for different reward tokens may be the best strategy to curtail massive dumps on each token.
