PulseX Pools

To add new Pools to PulseX platform users can make proposals with desire to do so. For Pool proposal to be considered for Core proposal it has to include following information:

1. Description of the project.
2. Address of the projects token. Code has to be verified on Blockexplorer.
3. How much tokens project is willing to provide for rewards.
4. Address that will transfer tokens to PLSX staking contract for rewards.
5. Duration of the pool (this will determine emission rate of the pool & APR).
6. MAX stake limit and duration of this limit (can be no limit).

If all requirements are met, Core proposal can be made for this Pool. Core proposal has to pass 80% of the votes to be successful. After this address decribed in 4. of initial proposal has to transfer tokens to PLSXLab staking contract: "0xb4AB239AD3350195cFc657647c8F74A65abCc299". When this is complete - Pool will be created.
