Have Reward token for single sided staking pool to start out so the pool list is not otherwise empty.
Whether or not you think the incentive token should apply to single sided staking in general, consider starting out with it in a single sided pool as a reward for staking PLSX until the Dao is ready and able to vote on other projects so that the pool list isn't empty upon launch.
