Lil Nouncil: Election Final

Lil Nouns DAO is at a crossroads; on one hand, it is a pipeline for builders to enter Lil Nouns and ‘graduate’ to Nouns. Examples of such include the recent Nouns Governance Mandated Prop House winners. On the other hand, as the largest Nouns holder, it is strengthening governance tie-in with Nouns. Our growing acquisition of Nouns can attest to that.

The purpose of Lil Nouncil is to push the frontier of Lil Nouns DAO forward by helping builders come up with proposals that align with the growth of the DAO as an accessible builder pipeline and proliferator of the meme.

Roles and Responsibilities Lil Nouncil focuses on:

• being a POC for builders to present their ideas, and guide their proposals;
• discussing and suggesting ways to further grow the DAO;
• receiving delegation, and actively voting on proposals.

Membership

• 5 members will be elected
• This number will be matched to the number of unique holders. at 2000, 5 members in Lil Nouncil represent 400 holders.
• Every additional 500 unique wallet opens 2 additional slots in Lil Nouncil.
• For this pilot, Lil Nouncil will accept applications from only from the Lil Nouns community.
