Motivation:

CLever loans can currently be repaid in either CVX or clevCVX. Repayment in CVX causes the CVX to be sent to the furnace, which resets the 14 day burn distribution and has led to friction in terms of UI/UX of the furnace. Additionally, repayment of loans in CVX is much more expensive than repayment in clevCVX. By eliminating CVX as a repayment option, the furnace burn rate will be much smoother and consistent, and users will no longer pay a premium when repaying their clevCVX loans in CVX.

Proposal:

Disable CVX option for repayment of clevCVX loans.
