Boule: Season 1.5 Voting: All Strategies

For Season 1.5, spanning roughly Jan 1 2022 - Mar 3, 2022, each Boule council member was asked to present a specific strategy, preferably associated with the protocol they already presented in Season 1. Specific strategies that are voted in will be leveraged to manage Aladdin’s treasury.

In parallel with this, a new “skin-in-the-game” voting mechanism is being implemented for this season. For each protocol that receives sufficient votes to be listed, each Boule member that voted “YES” is required to place a bet of not less than 10k xALD. The bet size a Boule member places on each strategy will be used to create a “virtual portfolio,” whose performance will be used to allocate Boule performance rewards. Boule members will be asked to specify their bet size and send the required xALD to an Aladdin multisig wallet within 1 week of the end of the voting period.

Boule members may vote “YES” for as many strategies as they wish, but note that bets of not less than 10k xALD will be required for each strategy that is successfully voted in.

A 100k xALD reward will be paid to any Boule member whose presented strategy is successfully voted in.

A strategy will be considered successfully voted if either With <12 Boule members voting, Yes votes beat No by > 6 With >=12 of Boule members voting, Yes votes over 50%
