Initial Boule Council Election

Voting ended over 4 years agoSucceeded

What is a Boule Election? The Boule Council consists of top tier DeFi experts who make listing decisions on Liquidity Mining Pools and get rewarded for selecting the right projects. They are the ultimate DeFi curators for those who seek yields. The way we select Boule Council is through open and fair voting. This week, we are officially launching the Boule election, with an initial number of no less than 30 members. Once elected, Boule members can start to recommend projects to the community .

Eligible ALD Votes: To ensure that every ALD holder can participate in this voting process in the fairest way, eligible ALD include:

  • The balance of ALD tokens in your ETH address.
  • The unclaimed ALD rewards in your staking pools, including aldCurve 3Pool, aldCurve SETH, aldCurve renWBTC, aldSushi ETH/WBTC SLP.
  • The amount of ALD tokens in the liquidity pools added to AladdinDAO, like Uniswap ETH/ALD, Uniswap USDC/ALD, and the unclaimed ALD rewards. The total number of ALD is the sum of all three above, and must be held before the Snapshot.

Voting Rules: Boule Candidates will be appointed if one of the following conditions is satisfied:

  1. Total number of votes is among the top 30 of all candidates
  2. Total number of votes exceed 10% of ALD circulating supply

How to calculate ALD circulating Supply? Existing ALD supply(94,955,999) deducts ALD that is temporarily out of circulation. Uncirculated ALD contains:

  1. 42,323,138 ALD in the community multisig contract address 0xc40549aa1D05C30af23a1C4a5af6bA11FCAFe23F
  2. 12,399,416 ALD in the address 0x28c921adAC4c1072658eB01a28DA06b5F651eF62
  3. 3,922,998 ALD in Treasury address 0x47e9517C2c179349c6C8F4a347acbeDFCA5E99Bc

Circulating Supply in total: 36,310,447 ALD.
