OP Bonus Vaults and LP Change.

Our current treasury position is in the yvETH Vault, earning 0%. Our current LP position is in alETH - ETH LP, earning 7.95%.

If we switch to the Aave USDC Vault, we will earn 37% from the vault -- and we can borrow alUSD, and then change the LP into alUSD - OP LP for 51% APY in VELO.

If we switch to the Lido wstETH Vault, we will earn 52%, from the vault -- and we can switch our LP to alETH - OP LP for 60% APY in VELO.

The OP incentives offered in the Alchemix Vaults are live for another 182 days. OP is also down from 3.5 to 2, whereas our ETH has gone up from maybe 2.4k to 3.5k.

If this signal passes, the Manager Safe can enact these changes pretty quickly.

If we withdraw funds from the current vault and remove the staked LP, there could also be a 24 hour period where people could Rage Quit, if they like.

I'm not sure what the impact of the Yearn Hack has on our position, given we are in the yvETH Vault -- but we can also remain in the same vault, and modify our LP.
