Proposal Revision:

The following is a restructured Proposal for Alchemix, which integrates feedback received in the Alchemix Discord, as well as with Shizzy and DAOhaus.

The original draft can be read if people are interested in the ideas behind the project. I have kept this revision brief.

Summary

DAOhaus builds a veDAO launchpad, whose purpose is to facilitate NFT Sales, which direct Sales funds into a Community Owned Treasury -- or Moloch DAO.

These Moloch DAOs are unique, because the shares are owned by the NFTs sold to bootstrap each treasury.

• Shizzy creates an Alchemistresses Collection on Mainnet:

• Rootdraws creates an Alchemix Pixel Art Landscape Collection on Optimism:

• Rootdraws expands the "Optimistic Landscapes" collection to serve other Velodrome communities:

[The scope of this proposal includes two collections by Root, on Optimism. -- Alchemix, and one other collection. Further collections will be funded by commission, and in partnership with other communities -- but, will use the launchpad built by this grant.]

• Alchemix Treasury takes a 2.5% cut of each sale.

• DAOhaus structures each of these releases, so that there are "Patterned Zaps" -- or Pre-Built Transactions, which channel these funds into Alchemix Vaults:

• Borrowed alUSD and raised ETH is also used to purchase LP Directing Assets [veVELO or AURA] and purchase LP which aligns incentives to vote for those LPs.
• "Patterned Zaps", can also be used to create custom proposals to onboard other communities to use the Launchpad. The default choice is Alchemix Vaults, however, I felt it was also wise to create a Pattern for the Synthetix Communities.

Once the Mainnet Launchpad is built, it would be possible to delegate Business Development | Art responsibilities to launch collections which serve the Liquidity Interests of Mainnet projects.

Personally, I'd like to see Sudoswap Moloch DAO Owned LP, and a Manifold integration.

Custom Zap Patterns are possible because the Launchpad is built on top of Gnosis Safe, and these projects can also use Alchemix Vaults in their patterns.

While it may be expensive to form these communities on Mainnet -- they are needed.

This launchpad also facilitates Regenerative Pubilc Goods Grants, Marketing DAOs and Worker Cooperatives.
