[AIP-45] Strategic Fund for Acquiring Illiquid Assets

A vote “for” accepts the proposal and authorizes a system for acquiring strategic assets that are prone to front running: -Permission for the Core Team/Multisig to buy up to 500k of a strategic asset deemed illiquid

• Requires core team to seek governance approval retroactively, and if the vote fails, sell the asset.

A vote “against” maintains the current status quo, which is no official system in place for this scenario.
