[AIP-58] Gitcoin Cause Grants Round (GR15)

Voting

The community has the ability to select the specific causes the Alchemix protocol should contribute to and how to distribute the $50,000 between the four causes. Hence the Snapshot vote will be multiple choice (via weighted voting) with five options:

1. Contribute to the Climate Solutions cause round
2. Contribute to the DEI cause round
3. Contribute to the Crypto Advocacy cause round
4. Contribute to the Decentralized Science cause round
5. Don’t contribute to any cause round

One stipulation is that if one of the four causes does not receive at least 15% of the vote it won’t count towards the final distribution in order to avoid a low contribution to that cause.
