[TIP-5] Increased rewards for Intermediate and Expert

Abstract

The proposal aims to enhance the incentivization structure of TrotelCoin, particularly concerning rewards for participants engaging with quizzes on our educational platform. Recognizing the importance of knowledge acquisition and retention at different skill levels, this proposal suggests increasing rewards for Intermediate and Expert users by threefold and fivefold, respectively, while maintaining the base reward for Beginners.

Methodology

The proposed methodology entails a multifaceted approach to implement the adjustments in reward distribution for Intermediate and Expert users on the TrotelCoin platform. Firstly, the development team will undertake the task of modifying the existing reward algorithm to ensure that Intermediate users receive a threefold increase and Expert users receive a fivefold increase in rewards compared to the base reward for Beginners. This modification will involve recalibrating the distribution mechanism to accurately reflect the skill levels and contributions of each user category. Importantly, the division of the remaining rewards will be adjusted accordingly, treating each Intermediate user's contribution as equivalent to three Beginner users, and each Expert user's contribution as equivalent to five Beginner users, without altering the overall inflation rate of TrotelCoin. This approach ensures a fair and balanced distribution of rewards while incentivizing higher levels of proficiency and participation among users across all skill levels.
