[TIP-6] Premium is obtained by staking TROTEL

Abstract

This proposal aims to allocate Intermediate and Expert roles based on users' staking of TROTEL tokens. The status of Intermediate will be granted when 10,000 TROTEL tokens are staked, while the Expert designation requires a staking of 50,000 TROTEL tokens.

Methodology

During this change, we won't use Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) anymore. Instead, users will keep their tokens but lock them by staking, which is like a subscription. This helps the community grow. Users keep their roles if they keep staking, but if they stop, they'll lose their role unless they start staking again.

To make this change happen, we'll update the app's code so it focuses on the staking smart contract, not the NFTs contract. But, we'll still give early users an Early NFT role to access the beta app and reward them for joining early.
