This proposal elects a Guardian address to execute the desires of the Alpha Birds members.

The elected address is the creator address: 0x709c7a4767495cF78B06b293e67B60969516a2F9

Upon execution, the proposal will send 22 ETH to this elected address (a trusted actor).

The elected address is responsible for spending the ETH in the following ways:



• Up to 13 ETH on Murakami Seeds

• Up to 7 ETH on Akutar Mint Passes
• Any Remaining ETH to be spent on Akutar Public Mint

Once the NFTs are acquired (likely end of day on the 22nd) the Album expects the NFTs and any proceeds to be sent back to Album custody at this address: 0x8DCb6Ca0FFF9EfB42A589f54fc7e53E54Ed376E6

If this proposal receives any negative feedback the proposers should address this prior to executing. Only 1% of the token economy needs to vote “No” to veto this proposal.
