American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) - The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) is a voluntary health organization based in New York City on a mission to save lives and bring hope to those affected by suicide. AFSP is the world's largest private funder of suicide prevention research.
