MEP - Mika Emergency Proposal - Genyosha

The Mikaboshi Community Takeover successfully reclaimed what was ours, the freedom to decide. Sadly, a causality of the system the previous dev created was Genyōsha (BDS)

While Genyōsha, or Geny was stated to be a 'sister' token and part of the larger Amatsu-Mikaboshi ecosystem, external support was not as strong. Many buyers either bought both or Geny as it was lower cost.

Unfortunately, we could only resolve one token situation with the Community Takeover. This could leave these participants in the previous devs ecosystem without a future.

This Emergency Proposal could bring a solution and relief to those holders. While we cannot give them a 1:1 disbursement, we can provide some exposure.

Background:

Of 1,000,000,000 initial Genyōsha there were 250,568,126,041 burned, and 111,320,703,908 in the dev-created LP. This means there were 638,111,170,051 in holders control at the moment of the Mikaboshi snapshot.

We propose:

A yes/no vote to utilize 15,952,779,251.275 that was held back from the Mikaboshi burn match to be distributed 1:40 to Genyōsha holders.

A [YES] vote would see these tokens distributed at the successful simple majority (+51%) of total voting tokens.

A [NO] vote would see these tokens plus any overage in holdings still earmarked to burn sent to the burn address beside the previously burned supply.

If distributed, at the present burn cycle, the sum of these tokens would be burned in approximately 14 days at the present rate.

The early principles and claims of what The Mikaboshi was & is a rallying cry to reclaim what is yours and to unite as we are not enemies. This would go a long way towards showing the true spirit of The Mikaboshi.
