Proposal for everyone to agree to be Boshi at all times.

Dear esteemed members of the DAO,

We come to you today with a proposal that we believe will bring joy, laughter, and maybe even a little bit of chaos to our organization. It's a proposal that we believe is long overdue, and one that we hope will be embraced with open arms.

We propose that, from this day forward, every single member of the DAO shall act like "Boshi" at all times and be extra "Boshi" wherever possible.
