MIP - 1: Incubation Fund & Inaugural Grant

Voting ended about 3 years agoSucceeded

The NFT Minting & Marketplace seeingred.io is a fully decentralized Mikaboshi use case, created via community member Indelible. The DAO proposes an Incubation Fund of 20b Mikaboshi and rewards an Inaugural Grant of 2.5b for the work done and an additional 2.5b earmarked for multiple future phases of seeingred.io which means an additional 15b Mikaboshi will be available for up to 10 future products that make it to public use. The structure of submissions and requirements for future funding of incubated Mikaboshi use cases will be established in the future, taking lessons and processes from the Inaugural Grant and future payouts to seeingred.io

Other proposals for grants upon the successful creation and operation of other community-led initiatives may be proposed to the DAO and placed for a vote to increase the exposure of Mikaboshi to the larger web3 community no sooner than 90 days from the close of this proposal, and no earlier than 30 days after successful deployment and operation. Join the DAO chat for more info as it becomes available. If approved, 20,000,000,000 Mikaboshi will be transferred to the Incubation Fund address, and the initial 2.5b will be sent to seeingred.io from the Incubation Fund. This action will also assist in score improvement for the following MIP below.

If approved the Incubation Fund will also be created as a new multi-sig with the same 3/5 signature requirements as the DAO Vault. The Fund will grow with any future multi-sig requirements to match the DAO structure.

This proposal will be a simple Yes/No proposal to ensure a majority vote, If No the proposal may be reconfigured to ensure better odds of approval at a future proposal.
