Ambire Rewards Season 1 distributed a 20M $WALLET rewards pool, and there are still tokens left unclaimed. Claiming has been open since January 15, 2026, for roughly five months, yet a portion of the pool remains unclaimed. We propose opening a final claim window so everyone who earned rewards has a clear opportunity to claim them before Season 1 claiming closes for good.
We propose closing $WALLET claiming for Ambire Rewards Season 1. If approved, Ambire will open a final 15-day claim window. After that window, Season 1 claims will be permanently closed.
Season 1 ended on December 15, 2025, following one extension. We enabled claiming on January 15, 2026, and since then, holders have had time to claim their rewards, but some remain unclaimed.
This proposal covers Ambire Rewards Season 1 only. Earlier claiming flows, Web Wallet (v1) Rewards, Ambire Rewards Season 0, and Early Supporters Vesting were already addressed in a previous governance vote.
Voting options
If the majority votes Yes, Ambire opens a final 15-day window to claim Season 1 rewards, after which claiming closes permanently.
If the majority votes No, Season 1 claiming remains open, and the DAO can propose an alternative.
If the vote passes (Yes wins):
Get what you earned. Season 1 distributed a 20M $WALLET rewards pool, and a portion of it is still unclaimed. We want everyone who participated to claim what they earned, and a clearly communicated final window is the fairest way to ensure that.
Put unclaimed tokens to work. Unclaimed Season 1 tokens don't earn staking rewards, which are now live. Claiming lets holders stake, vote in governance, or otherwise put their $WALLET to use rather than leaving it idle.
Clear the path for what's next. Closing out Season 1, claiming lets the team focus resources on the future of the Ambire Rewards program.
Hold $WALLET or $stkWALLET before the snapshot.
Note that the voting power of $WALLET tokens is half (0.5 points) that of $stkWALLET tokens.
Any token changes after the snapshot will not affect the voting power. For example, staking your $WALLET tokens after the snapshot will not double their voting power.
