This governance proposal aims to decide whether to extend Ambire Rewards Season 1 until December 15, 2025. The total rewards pool remains 20,000,000 $WALLET tokens (paid in $stkWALLET), and the rewards formula stays the same for the entire season. Weekly snapshots and calculations continue as they do today. This vote only changes the end date of Season 1.

Motivation

The aim of this proposal is to:

Improve the mechanics (with community input): Extra time lets us polish UX, eligibility rules, and operations so rewards better reflect real engagement.
Let more users join: Many wallet users still don’t participate. Extending the season gives current users who are missing the action and newcomers time to reach the required level/balance and start earning.
Ensure fairer distribution: A longer measurement window reduces short-term gaming of the program, rewards sustained use, and improves the accuracy of weekly snapshots.
Enable follow-up proposals: If this passes, we’ll bring additional votes to fine-tune program logistics. These will not change the rewards formula or weighting for Season 1.
Keep momentum: With powerful new features in the Ambire Extension and a growing user base, a longer season helps capture real, ongoing usage.

Voting requirements

Hold $WALLET or $stkWALLET on Ethereum or Base networks before the snapshot (Sep 30, 2025, 14:00 UTC).
Please note that the voting power of $stkWALLET tokens is double that of $WALLET tokens.
Any token changes after the snapshot will not affect the voting power. For example, staking your $WALLET tokens after the snapshot will not double their voting power.
