Proposal: HourGlass Grant

This is a proposal to grant the HourGlass team $150,000 to develop & deploy FORTH Convertible Bonds, which the DAO can issue to fund other projects in the the Ampleforth Ecosystem. Full benefits are outlined in the forum post below. Half of the grant ($75,000) will be transferred upon a passing vote of this proposal. The other half ($75,000) will be transferred once the proposal for Forth structured products receives a passing vote.
