[AIP 14] Funding Anata Prop House Round 2

Our second round has a very simple prompt:

Give us your best idea to promote Anata & the Anata brand.

The DAO will set aside 9 ETH in total to be distributed to the top 3 voted upon ideas. All proposals must include how they plan to promote Anata. No freebie/"give me an Anata" proposals this round, sorry folks.

If yes, the Prop House will be funded and round 2 will start shortly after. If no, the second round is tabled.

note: the proposer may take possession of the funds or designate them to be held/executed upon by a secondary party such as a group of holders or the team
