[AIP 27] Anata 1/1 AI Digital Figures

Anatas will undergo a figure transformation utilising AI tooling. These will be 1/1 PFPs that can be attatched to the current metadata if the holders requests upon completion.

The aim is to offer this to around 10% of holders (e.g. 200 Anatas), but if the demand is greater it will be met.

First come first serve, those that fill out the form first will have their Anatas transformed. (You can submit multiple if you have them)

The budget is 20ETH with an expected turn around time of 6 months due to it being a solo project. (Payment upon completion)

if yes, funds will be set aside and the project will begin. if no, propo will kick back to discord for further discussion & ratification.
