[AIP 40] Full Unwind

In AIP 39 holders voted on option C (full unwind)

This vote is to finalize the details of the plan

If Agree wins then the team will execute If Disagree wins there will be another discussion on what should be changed If quorum isn't met, a re vote will happen in a few. days

The proposal is as follows:

• Remove eth from nav (already requested from digits)

• Sell 600k of eth to usdc. Send 300k to hologram (hongzi and tong have confirmed an address). Keep 300k in escrow until both jin and ahad send the same address.

• The Anata NFT License is now considered cc0 (https://creativecommons.org/public-domain/cc0/)

• Metadrop team will deploy a contract that distributes eth to anata holders based on a snapshot which is taken after the vote. The snapshot can be taken at any time after this vote ends so do not transact anatas until that happens.

• Exclude the anatas held by the dao treasury fro distribution. The treasury will fund this contract with all of its ETH excluding a small amount of gas and any funds mentioned in the rest of this proposal.

= All staff are formally relieved of duties. They will be paid for their work until this point. Herro / Hounds will help close off the unwind if anything is needed.

• Keep 30k usdc in the treasury for any misc costs that arrise (legals, irl foundation unwind, etc.). Whatever is left here after 6 months will get used for some small things that support the ongoing community if ever needed.

• DAO is considered unwound and Anatas no longer have voting control of the project, treasury, cstudio, foundation, etc.

• Decision making falls on the foundation after this vote

• Cstudio is now open sourced and can be forked / continued by anyone who wishes to. If anyone does build off cstudio there is a social but non enforced expectation to deliver value back to Anata holders knowing the holders have spent over $1m building the assets and funding it to this point.

• Pas' game is not yet complete and he says he will provide a response on if Anatas are included by end of month. We will wait until this answer before distributing assets. If anatas are included then the rest of the funds will be provided for the game by selling some eth. If they are not included, the funds we have paid pas will be returned to the dao and swapped to eth to be included in the distribution. The deadline for his answer is August 1st. If he does not answer by August 1st, the funds will be kept aside incase they are included in the game, and if they aren't the returned funds will be used to support whatever remaining anata community is here.

= Herro and Hounds will provide a google drive link with all assets the dao has ever produced. DCF will merge these and find a way to host / provide an open sourced copy off of arweave as a backup for holders to get if ever needed. Others can host these files too, the more copies the better.
