[AIP 33] Anata x Pixel investment

As discussed in the Discord channel (more information in the google doc https://docs.google.com/document/d/1XMUtu6j2v8piZMGsD2YinBMzNsvW5JZ0Z9yvxNyqOZU/edit), I propose to use 10 to 15 ethereum of Anata's treasure to buy 2-4 lands NFT of the Pixels game (with the recent dump we could buy more) and use a part of them to pay our artists to generate some pixelated furniture-billboards for our lands that recall ANATA.

Pixel has tens of thousands of unique players every day, owning very popular and organized Lands could be excellent advertising.

I would take care of everything, from the choice of lands (I've been playing for a long time and I know which ones are the most attractive and popular), forming a sort of "Anata Neighborhood", to the furnishing of the same and the mint of the in-game items created by our artists.

All materials generated by the lands we own will be available to our members (if they want to play).

It would also be a great idea to contact the pixel team and make our Anata playable characters using the appropriate form (https://pixels.typeform.com/pixels).
